General Terms

By accessing sparkly-wavehub.pro or enrolling in programs described here, you agree to these General Terms. You confirm you are at least 18 years old or have guardian consent where required by Japanese law. Training descriptions are informational; enrollment contracts may add specific conditions.

We provide professional training materials, cohort experiences, and mentor feedback as described on each program page. Prices shown in JPY are informational for planning purposes unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise. No checkout occurs on this website.

If we issue credentials for labs or portals, you must keep them confidential, notify us of compromise immediately, and avoid sharing access outside your permitted team. You may not probe our systems beyond authorized lab boundaries, scrape personal data from classmates, or harass participants or staff.

Curriculum assets, recordings where permitted, trademarks, and site design remain our property or our licensors’. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. You may not resell workbooks, redistribute mentor recordings without consent, or remove attribution from templates.

You agree to provide accurate enrollment information, follow safety instructions for shipped lab kits, and respect confidentiality of anonymized scenarios shared in class. You bring your own judgment to production systems—we are not responsible for changes you make outside supervised labs.

Training is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free labs, or specific employment outcomes. Third-party services (carriers, cloud vendors) referenced in lessons may change behavior without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted under Japanese law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or related services is limited to the tuition you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. We exclude indirect, consequential, or punitive damages except where non-waivable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Toyama Prefecture shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. We may suspend access for material breach. We may update these terms with a new “Last updated” date; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted.
