Money-Back Policy
1. Scope
This Money-Back Policy applies to tuition payments made directly to Sparkly Wavehub Academy for listed programs. Third-party marketplaces follow their own rules. Informational prices on the website do not themselves create a contract; executed enrollment agreements control.
2. Cooling-off and eligibility
Consumers located in Japan may withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the contract conclusion date without giving a reason, unless an exception applies under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Corporate purchasers may have separate negotiated terms.
3. Full vs. partial refunds
If you withdraw within the cooling-off window before accessing digital materials beyond previews, we refund 100% of tuition paid. If you accessed substantial downloadable assets or attended live sessions, we may retain reasonable value proportional to services already rendered as permitted by law.
4. Non-refundable items
Shipping deposits for lab kits, third-party exam vouchers purchased on your behalf, custom hardware not returnable due to hygiene, and bank fees are generally non-refundable once incurred.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@sparkly-wavehub.pro with your full name, program name, payment reference, and reason (optional). We may verify identity before processing. Keep copies of correspondence.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten (10) business days and may take additional banking days to appear. We refund to the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternative with you.
7. Cancellations by us and consumer rights
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a dated transfer. If we materially change curriculum scope negatively, you may exit under the same cooling-off style window we communicate in writing. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under Japanese consumer law; for disputes you may contact the Consumer Affairs Agency or relevant industry mediation.
