We score runbooks quietly at first—private worksheets before any gallery night. That sequencing matters because public scores too early create performative documentation nobody trusts.
Continuity Cartographer asks learners to color edges by fragility, then overlay a maturity dot without judging people. The dot describes the artifact, not the author.
Gallery night is optional voice-wise; shy learners can submit silent decks with voiceovers from mentors. We saw higher participation once we split those lanes.
The last week focuses on reconciling maps with Reliability Rehearsal Floor timelines. If the map says “stable” but the timeline shows recurring human bottlenecks, we celebrate catching that tension early.
